Having experienced firsthand the complexities of building a life and career in Germany—from navigating local bureaucracy and finding native-speaking doctors or tax advisors to building a genuine social community—Çağlar Biber and Hande Turan launched Newbee to empower newcomers and expats with a trusted digital home.
Frankfurt School Accelerator & Hessen Ideen
Newbee was selected into the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management Accelerator program. After six months of intensive product validation and mentorship at the Entrepreneurship Centre, Newbee won the €20,000 Pitching Competition award and earned further recognition in the Hessen Ideen competition and the Google for Startups program.
Expanding Across Clinics, AI & Health
Building on Newbee’s cloud and mobile foundation, Beeyondapps expanded its engineering capabilities to launch neoklinik (smart patient journey & surgical clinic CRM), Grasp (live AI meeting translation and structured summaries), and Evidose (evidence-based GLP-1 and metabolic health tracking).

Çağlar Biber
Architect and software product builder based in Frankfurt am Main. Çağlar oversees product vision, UI/UX architecture, and full-stack software engineering across Newbee, neoklinik, Grasp, and Evidose, focusing on privacy-first architecture and seamless daily workflows.
Hande Turan
Industrial Engineer with an MBA in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and over 10 years of international corporate finance experience. Hande leads business development, institutional partnerships, financial operations, and community growth across Europe and Türkiye.
